Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 2/3 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. worcestershire
- .
- SAUCE: (I like the sauce doubled)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2-2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rolled oats, milk, salt, pepper, pountry seasoning, eggs, worcestershire and onion. Put in a loaf pan (about 5X9 inches). Set aside while you make the glaze. In a measuring cup, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and nutmeg. Spread evenly over the meatloaf. Bake uncovered, in a 350 degree over for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
