Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half, yolks removed
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 6 ounces cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon cut chives

Preparation
Step 1
Mash the egg yolks in a medium sized bowl and add the mayo, salt, pepper. Mix well and taste to adjust the salt or pepper
Fill the egg halves with the filling.
Add the chopped lobster on top of the deviled eggs along with a sprinkling of chives
