Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. unflavoured gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. canned pineapple juice
- 2 egg whites

Combine gelatine and cold water. Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix everything together and put in fridge for firm up.
