  • 1 tbsp. unflavoured gelatine
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. canned pineapple juice
  • 2 egg whites

Step 1

Combine gelatine and cold water. Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix everything together and put in fridge for firm up.
