Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. rice crispies
- Coconut

Step 1
Cook dates, sugar and eggs in a heavy frying pan for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off stove and add vanilla and rice crispies. Drop from spoon and roll in coconut and let set.
