Popcorn - Sweet & Salty (Bobby's Baseball Popcorn)

I found that dissolving the brown sugar in a little water first before adding it to the melted butter kept it from clumping. Then, while the popcorn is popping, let the butter mixture cook on low -- just to evaporate any water that may remain. (I also added a little cayenne pepper.) DELISH!

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 cups popped popcorn, no salt added

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saute pan over low heat, add the butter and melt. Remove from the heat and transfer to a small bowl. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla extract and mix together thoroughly.
Place the popcorn in a large zip-top bag or bowl and drizzle with the butter mixture. Toss well to combine.
