Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookies

An easy cookie to make for Halloween. Kids will love them.

Ingredients

• 1 roll (16.5 oz Pillsbury Create'n Bake refrigerated peanut butter cookies
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 c flour
• 1/3 c orange decorator sugar crystals
• 14 twisted pretzel sticks. broken in half

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets with Pam. In a medium bowl, stir cookie dough, egg yolk, and flour until well mixed.
Pour sugar crystals into a small bowl. Shape dough itno 28 (1 inch) balls. Roll in sugar crystals. Insert pretzel piece into each ball for pumpkin stem. Using a toothpick make lines for sides of pumpkin. Place balls 2 inch apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or just until set when touched with fingertip. Cool 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheets.
