  • 1 lb white fish fillet (use your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker, crushed or bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sliced lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Place lemon slices on bottom of large baking pan.

3 Place fish on top of lemons.

4 Pour melted butter over vish.

5 Sprinkle with chives and tarragon.

6 Cover with crushed crackers.

7 Salt and pepper to taste.

8 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is done.
