Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes or new potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Step 1
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool enough to handle. Toss with the canola oil, set aside.
Make the marinade by whisking together all the remaining ingredients and toss some of it into the potatoes to moisten. Let sit for a few minutes to let the flavors soak in. Place the potatoes on a preheated barbecue, brushing liberally with any leftover sauce. Turn and roast until tender, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and serve immediately, or hold in a warm oven.
