Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons mild chili powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.
To make this into a sauce, you add 1 or 1 1/2 cups water and 8 oz tomato sauce. Bring to boil in small saucepan and boil 1 minute, then simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.
