Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 2 broccolini bunches, trimmed
- 10 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- 6-8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 bunch kale, sliced, with stems removed

Step 1
1. Whisk together the Dijon, lemon juice, agave, vinegar, garlic, and tarragon in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. In a large pot, steam the broccolini, asparagus, and mushrooms in the water, stirring frequently.
3. When the broccolini and asparagus are tender, 8-10 minutes, add the kale. Cook until the kale is wilted and bright green.
4. Place the vegetables M a serving dish and toss with the mustard sauce. Serve warm.
