Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white cake mix
• 1/4 c. flour
• 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 c. oil
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/2 pkg. frozen strawberry Jello
• 1 c. boiling water
• 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients at high speed, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Poke holes over all with meat fork. Mix 1 package of Jello with boiling water. Pour over cake. Cool completely. Combine powdered sugar, butter, and strawberries. Beat until smooth. Spread over cake. Refrigerate.
