Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup packaged corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 2 T instant minced onion
- 1 1# jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 12 oz bottle of chili sauce
- 2 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Heata oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl combine all ingredients up to the cranberry sauces.
Form mixture into small meat balls about the size of walnuts.
Arrange meat balls on jelly roll pan.
In med. saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and cook until cranberry sauce is melted.
pour over meat balls and bak uncovered for 30 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks
