Mediterranean Chicken Burger

Ingredients
- 1- 13 3/4 oz can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
- 1/4 c sun-dried tomatoes in oil (about 6) cut into thin strips
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 teas Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 T chopped fresh basil, plus 12 whole leaves
- 4 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine artichoke hearts and tomatoes. In a large bowl, stir together chicken, egg yolk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chopped basil. Form mixture into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with Pam and heat over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook until heated through about 5 minutes each side. Place whole basil leaves on buns, and top with burgers. Top the burger with the artichoke and tomato mixture.
