- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 2 T. light corn syrup
- 1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 T. chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, using a whisk or an electric mixer on low speed, beat butter, brown sugar and corn syrup until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add cranberries and pecans; beat 5 minutes longer, or until butter turns pink. Transfer mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a log. Wrap; chill.
Makes about 1-1/3 cups.
