Ingredients

  • 3 sticks of butter, softened, room temperature
  • 1 8oz. Package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of white granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 3 1/2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F.
Spray Pam inside of a 10-inch, Non-stick Bundt pan.
Use electric mixer and cream together the butter and cream cheese.
Then add the sugars, 1 cup at a time, while continuing to beat.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
Sift the Bisquick Mix in another bowl.
Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture, beginning and ending with Bisquick. Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour the cake batter into your prepared 10-inch, Non-stick Bundt pan.
Use the back of the spoon, spread cake mixture evenly all the way around.
Lift the Bundt pan and slightly drop on counter 2 or 3 times to release air pockets.
Bake pound cake for 2 hours at 300* Degrees F.
Cool at least 15 minutes in cake pan before moving to your cake dish.
