2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 TB butter
1 1/2 C boiling water

Step 1

combine all ingredients
fry patties in oil until golden brown
apx 2.5 min on each side

options:
serve with turnip greens & black eye peas

or serve as breakfast or dessert with syrup or honey
