Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard boiled & shelled
- 4 Tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. minced & grated sweet onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
Separate yolks from whites. Place yolks in medium sized container. Mash them and add in mayo, vinegar, dry mustard, yellow mustard, sweet onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
Dice egg whites and place in a separate bowl. Mix with egg yolks and refrigerate.
Eat plain, on a bun or with crackers.
