• 4 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
• 1/3 cup buttermilk
• 1 T white wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper
• 1/2 tsp sugar

Step 1

Mash blue cheese and buttermilk until mixture resembles cottage cheese. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
