Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • MIX ABOVE AND SET ASIDE
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • MIX ABOVE 2 MINUTES by HAND THEN ADD SOUR CREAM
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • add 1/2 of flour mixture. Mix.
  • then add remaining half. Mix.
  • Roll out on flour
  • 400 degrees
  • Bake 8-10 minutes
