Ingredients
- 3 cups unsalted bone broth
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms, shitake or crimini
- 2 cups frozen brussels sprouts, or steamed fresh
- 2 medium chicken breasts, tenderized
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, add oil. When hot, add mushrooms and chicken, cooking on medium until almost fully cooked.
Add in the bone broth and bring to a simmer. When broth is hot, add in Brussels sprouts, allowing them to defrost. Add in spices and continue to stir. Allow soup to come to a boil before reducing heat.
Serve with cilantro and fresh Parmesan cheese.
