Judy's Microwave Fudge
By Nitaj3
You can make it in a 9x13 pan or use those little brownie foil pans. I have used both. If I am only doing one batch and I want nuts in part of it I use the foil pans so I can split the batch. It freezes nicely.

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margin to a liquid Pour in milk, add sugars...stir to mix until is is dissolved Place in microwave on high for 3 minutes..stir, then return to microwave for additional 2 1/2 minutes Remove again and stir again Cook on high for an additional 5 minutes Remove from microwave, add chips, stir to dissolve Add marshmallows, stir until melted Stir in vanilla and nuts (if you are making it half and half pour half in first pan, then add nuts and pour this into other pan..be quick) Pour in pan, let cool and cut into pieces (You can add 2-4 Tablespoons of peanut butter when you add chocolate to give it a different taste also) This has never failed...it is very quick, just use the one bowl.
