Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 2 Cups Pretzels, , processed into crumbs in a food processor
  • 3/4 Cup Butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
  • 8 Ounce Cream Cheese, , softened
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Whipped Topping
  • STRAWBERRY LAYER:
  • 6 Ounce Strawberry Jell-o Package
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 2 Pkg. Frozen Strawberries (10 ounce)
  • 1 Container Whipped Topping (8 ounce)

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST Process pretzels in food processor until crumbs are formed. Pour crumbs into a bowl. Melt butter and sugar together, pour into crumbs. In a 13"x9"x2" baking dish, spread out the crumb mixture and bake in a 400° oven for 6 minutes. Remove and cool. CREAM CHEESE LAYER Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping together, then spread on top of the cooled crust. STRAWBERRY LAYER Boil 2 cups of water and mix the strawberry Jell-o thoroughly. Add the frozen strawberries to the mixture and let set until just beginning to set. Pour the mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight and serve.
