Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• Your favorite boxed cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 whole eggs
• Any other ingredients like raisins, nuts or chocolate chips, depending on what you like

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well all ingredients to remove any lumps and then drop the dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Place the cookies in an oven that has been preheated to 350 F. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes and cool. They're delicious with a glass of cold milk.
