  • 3 c rolled oats
  • 1 c blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 (14oz) pkg coconut
  • 1/3 c sunflower seed
  • 6 tbs pure maple syrup
  • 6 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs warm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c raisins or preferred dried fruit

Step 1

Preheat oven - 250* Grease cookie sheet (spray) Toss dry ingredients Whisk syrup, sugar, oil, water, and salt and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over dry ingredients and coat evenly. Spread om cookie sheet Bake 1 hour 15 minutes Add fruit after baking.
