Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak (use less?)
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 c water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 c shredded carrots

Preparation

Step 1

1. Push saute and add oil, steak and garlic. Saute until brown

2. Pour in carrots, soy sauce, brown sugar and water.

3. Manual high pressure 10 minutes. Quick release

4. Place back on saute and bring to a boil.

5. whisk in cornstarch.

6. Continue to saute for 2-3 minutes while sauce thickens
