Ingredients
- 2 cups Chocolate Dipping Wafers
- 2 cups Dry Chow Mein Noodles
- 3/4 cup Dried Cranberries or Dried Blueberries
- 3/4 cup Spanish Peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
Melt dipping wafers in a large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the noodles, cranberries/blueberries, and peanuts.
Drop 1 tbsp of mixture onto wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
Store with wax paper in an air tight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 week or freeze up to 6 weeks.
