    (9 oz) package brownie mix

  • 1

    egg

    tbls cold water

  • 1

    (14 oz) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped

  • 1

    (5oz) can evaporated milk

  • 2

    (8oz)pkgs cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    cup chocolate fudge topping

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together brownie mix, 1 egg, and water. Spread into greased pan. Bake 25 minutes at preheat according to box. Melt the caramels with the evaporated milk over low heat in heavy saucepan. Stir often, and heat until mixture has smooth consistency. Reserve 1/3 cup of caramel mixture. Pour remainder over warm baked brownie. In large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour cream cheese mixture over caramel mixture. Bake cheesecake for 40 minutes. Chill in pan. When cooled, drizzle with extra caramel and chocolate.
