Instant Pot Creamy Ziti

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz dry ziti pasta (use the whole box)
- 1 c red pasta sauce
- 1 c parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese shredded
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add the broth, cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and noodles to the instant pot in that order. DO NOT STIR, but make sure all the noodles are covered. If you need to move some of the noodles around, that's ok.
2. Set your IP to manual for 6 minutes. let it naturally release it's pressure for an additional 6 minutes, then quick release.
3. Add the red pasta sauce to the IP and give it a stir.
4. SLOWLY add in the cheese while stirring. The cheese will melt and thicken the sauce. the sauce will also thicken as it cools.
