Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (8 ounce) cream cheese (bar)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons Real Lemon juice (or the juice of 1 lemon)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons sugar (Ior 6 packets of sugar substitute)(I used 4 tbs. Truvia)

Preparation
Step 1
Let cream cheese sit out until room temperature.
To make a smooth batter in one step, place all the ingredients in a blender (or Ninja Pulse) and blend until smooth (and any lumps have disappeared).
Original Directions
Again, let cream cheese sit out until it becomes room temperature. Then mix it in a bowl until it becomes creamy (or beaters become free of cream cheese). Add the flour and eggs. Mix until blended. Next mix in the milk, lemon juice, and sugar (or substitute), adding the vanilla last. Batter will be loose. If you are making this cake sugar free, taste it and if it tastes bitter, add another teaspoon of vanilla (with mixer). Put into a COLD oven between 325 degrees and 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
