Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can corn
- 1 14-ounce can chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt and pepper
- cilantro, mint or basil to garnish

Step 1
Remove avocados from skin and place in blender. Add broth and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan, stir in cor. Heat over mediu heat until heated. Season to taste.
