MASTER MIX FOR COOKIES

Makes enough for 5-7 cookie recipes.
Add other things to it to make it a "white chocolate cookie", ect.

Ingredients

• 9 Cups flour
• 2 sp baking soda
• 2 tsp salt
• ~~
• 3 cups sugar
• 2 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first ing, making sure to break up any flour lumps.

Mix sugars and flour mixture.
Again, make sure the lumps are out of the brown sugar.

Store in tightly covered container in cool, dry plae.

Be sure to give the mix a good stir because different particle size may settle at different levels over time.

This mix eill keep for 3-4 months.
