- Brisket
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Salt
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbl Liquid Smoke

Mix and cover both sides of brisket.
Place in foil and bake in over overnight at 200.
