Sweet and Sour Kielbasa Kebabs

Ingredients
- For the kebabs:
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into twenty four 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 1 can (6 oz) pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 24 fresh pineapple chunks
- 24 red bell pepper chunks
- 8 scallions, sliced into twenty four 2 inch pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Boil kielbasa pieces in water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine chili sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce in a 1 1/2 qt slow cooker. Add kielbasa, cover; cook on high heat setting for 2-3 hours, or on low heat setting for 4-5 hours.
Thread a piece of kielbasa onto each of 24 skewers along with a pineapple chunk, bell pepper chunk, and a piece of scallion.
