- 1 cup complete buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the biscuit mix, pudding mix, butter and egg until blended. Stir in pecans.
Roll into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Flatten with the bottom of a glass.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
