NUTAPENOS
By KennyB07
Patti’s best girlfriend, Peggy just loves our different stuffed jalapenos, especially our “rattlesnake eggs” and “armadillo eggs”. Over lunch last week she suggested, knowing how much Ken loves peanut butter, to just stuff some in a jalapeno. So, Nutapenos were born and it’s easier to say than peanut butter poppers. Wrapped with Zaycon Fresh bacon they made a fun and tasty appetizer.

Instructions
Cut a slit down the length of pepper with a paring knife. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Clean the seeds and membrane out of the pepper, Patti is using an iced tea spoon here. If you want your peppers hotter just leave some of the seeds in.
Now you’re ready to the stuff the pepper with as much peanut butter as you like. Wrap stuffed pepper with a Zaycon Fresh bacon slice. Secure bacon with a toothpick. Onto the Char Griller Kamado 10 minutes @ 400 degrees (205c) or until bacon is crisp.
