Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
2. Rinse and chop cauliflower and set aside.
3. Crush the garlic if you are using whole fresh garlic cloves.
4. In a bowl combine the olive oil, spices and garlic.
5. Drizzle the mixture across the cauliflower and mix so it is well covered.
6. Spread the cauliflower across a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you may need to split it across two baking sheets).
7. Bake the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower starts to brown.
8. Remove from the oven and serve warm with your meal.
