  • 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • pecans, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. In a medium sized bowl, toss dough pieces with egg. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Place mixture on a cutting board and chop with a sharp knife into smaller pieces. Place in a 4 1/2x8 1/2-inch sprayed loaf pan. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to the top of the pan. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
