Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 Cup Crisco
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tab. cocoa
- 6 Tab. milk
- 1 box powder sugar
- Vanilla
- Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix water, cocoa, butter and Crisco. Bring to a boil.
Pour over sugar and flour.
Add Buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake at 350º in 9 X 13 pan.
Frosting:
Combine butter, cocoa, milk, sugar and vanilla and frost cake.
Top with pecans.
