Ingredients
- 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 cup spinach, cooked, drained, & chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- Sauce, warmed (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw dough and divide into thirds on a 9" circle. Combine cheeses, seasonings. Top each with 1/3 top with fork Cover with egg and water, then brush on.
On floured surface, roll each int sausage, spinach, mushroom and filling. Fold and seal edges. Prick plastic and let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Beat 375 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes.
