Ingredients
- 6 medium whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1 8 oz. pakg. Swiss cheese
- 1 8 oz. pkg. sliced cooked ham
- 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 chicken bouilion cube
- 1 Tbs. corn starch
- 1 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Lay chicken breasts out flat; fold ham and cheese to fit and fasten edges with toothpicks. On wasxed paper, coat chicken with mixture of flour and paprika. In medium skillet over medium heat, brown chicken all over in hot butter. add wine and bouilon. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Remove toothpicks In cup, blend corn starch and cream until smooth; gradually stir into skillet. Cook stirring, until thickened. Serve over chicken.
