Hot Crab Appetizer

This dis is also good using shrimp instead of crab. Serve it with a variety of crackers.

Ingredients
- 8 oz (250 g) cream cheese milk
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) milk
- 1 can (7 oz/220 g) crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 green onion, finely choppe
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard Grated lemon rind

Step 1
In small ovenproof serving dish, combine cream cheese, milk, crab, onion and mustard. Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with grated lemon rind and serve. Makes about 1-1/2 cups (375 ml).
