Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Seasonings of your choice (I just use salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons tomato soup
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons mustard
  • Pinch of brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray pan with no-stick spray.

Combine ground beef, onion, egg, soup, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a large bowl with your hands. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, put mixture in a baking ban or in a cupcake pan.

Top with topping mix and bake for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
