Ingredients
- 12 12 12 oz. artichokes, chopped
- 1 1 1 pkg. spinach, thawed & chopped
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. parmesan cheese
- Pumpernickel cocktail bread, baguette slices or fresh cut-up vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Place mixture in oven proof dish, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
