Ingredients
- 1 1 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1 1 onion, diced
- 1 1 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1 1 C. mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. parsley
- 1 1 1 egg, beaten
- 26 26 26 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 8 8 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
- 24 24 24 jumbo pasta shells (cooked)
- salt & pepper
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 C. chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Cook shells according to directions. Meanwhile in a pan brown ground beef, garlic and onion. Drain off any fat and let cool. Preheat oven to 400 ̊F. Combine meat, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Pour ¼ of the sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Stuff the cooked shells with the meat mixture and place in pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 -25 minutes.
