- Frosting:
- 12-14 12-14 12-14 C. BREAD flour
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 C. dry powdered milk
- 4 4 4 Tbsp. SAF instant yeast
- 5 5 5 C. water (warm-hot)
- 1 1 1 C. canola oil
- 4 4 4 eggs
- 1 1 1 C. sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, softened
- brown sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 8 8 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 8 8 C. powdered sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch Pinch of salt
- Milk (1 Tbsp. at a time)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix 5 cups flour, salt, sugar, dry milk and yeast in Bosch mixer. Add water and oil. Mix then add eggs. Mix thoroughly and add flour just until it pulls away from sides. Mix in Bosch for 10 minutes. Divide into 5 portions. Roll out into approximately 9x13 rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with around 2/3 cup brown sugar and sprinkle cinnamon over (liberally). Roll up long side. Cut in to 12 equal rolls. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with light dish towel and let rise for an hour in a warm place or until doubled in size. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Whip butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar and milk until desired consistency. Add vanilla and salt. Whip until fluffy. Spread over hot cinnamon rolls.
