Ingredients
- 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 2 anchovies
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 head of rinsed Romaine lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine 2 tsp minced fresh garlic, 2 anchovies, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp grated Parmesan, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper. With the motor running, slowly pour 1/2 cup olive oil into the blender and process until the dressing emulsifies. Adjust seasoning. Toss 1 head of rinsed Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces, with the dressing and divide among 4 dinner plates. Sprinkle with croutons and additional Parmesan cheese.
