Ingredients
- Combine
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Combine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Have ready
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1 can ripe olives, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- round tortilla chips

Step 1
Spread bean dip on plates: This is layer one. Spead avacado mixture on beans; put sour cream on the top with onions, olives, tomatoes, and finish up with cheese. Chill and serve with round tortilla chips.
If you are on the East coast, it may be hard to get avacadoes; try for the froxen dip or just skip that part.
