Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 to 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Mix all ingredients.Divide in half,spread each half evenl in ungeased loaf pan,9x5x3 inches.(To serve immediately,see below.)Wrap.label and freeze.**2 hours 35 minutes before serving,remove freezer Meat loaf from freezer and unwrap.Bake uncovered in 350 oven until done,about 2 1/2 hours.Drain off fat once during baking.(1 loaf-6 servings.
