Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black peper
- 2 tblsp sherry
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 large cabbage finly shredded
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tblsp veg oil
- 1 tsp white sugar
- oil for frying
- 1- 16oz pkg egg roll wrappers
- ALSO
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 2 tblsp sherry
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Step 1
In a large skillet over med-high heat, brown beef, then mix onion,garlic,2 tblsp soy,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp pepper,2 tblsp sherry and ginger. Continue to saute till onions are tender. transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside.
In same skillet saute cabbage with water,1 tblsp oil,sugar and remaining soy sauce,sherry, salt and pepper. Continue to saute until cabbage is crisp-tnder, about 5 mins. Return meat mixture to pan and stir together with cabbage over low heat until heated through. Remove from heat.
Pour oil into a deep pan and heat to 350. Fill each eggroll wrapper with approx. 1/4 cup of filling and roll according to pkg instructions. Fry until golden brown.
