Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- thyme, basil, oregano and parsley
- 1 cube magi fondo
- 8 ounces of smoked salmon
- 1 ½ cups 35% cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound fettucini
- 1 can of caviar (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter and incorporate flour stirring for 2 minutes. Add herbs and cube (melted in a paste with a bit of water).
2. Add smoked salmon and slowly the cream.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour over cooked pasta.
